HFS was founded in 2007 by Honduran Entrepreneur Carlos M. Rivera to promole local food exports to the United States and Spain. In 2016 the company expanded into wholesale seafood exports of both fished, farmed shrimp; and caribbean lobster tails.

In 2017 the Charly ́s Brand of shrimp skewers, dips and ceviches was introduced to the local market with great success.

We have processing and packaging plant that processes 50,000 pounds of daily shrimp and 60,000 pounds to freeze.

It is a plant under supervision of the official SAG-SENASA in safety (HACCP certified) and operates with Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Sanitation Procedures (POES) and a Quality System that guarantees a product that complies with standards world demands of the food industry.
